Making common sense into common practice

Sigh...

Yes, this is perhaps my toughest challenge so far.

Hey, I can get people, many first timers even, to donate blood, but this, making common sense into common practice I am struggling.

Sometimes I think that people are too stupid. Because, they wait for instructions. Else, not much initiatives to get things done, using simple common sense.

Where did I learn how to do this?

I think from school days. In my time, when we saw a piece of sweet wrapper on the ground, we pick it up and throw it inside a bin.

I don't know what's the correlation, but I figured that much for myself.

In the meantime, I pray for patience, else, yes, I have been thinking of grievous body harm!

Luckily I have a new ally, and a new devoted partner in my endeavours, let's just call her Missy, whom I spoke to this morning and she offered some perspective from her point of view.

'You're a perfectionist, Riyaz', she said. Adding 'But some of your clients are not ready to play at that level, so you should't be too hard on yourself'.

Good feedback.

So, I'll go with the flow, for now.

But sooner or later, things have to step up, else we'll all be same-old-same-old.

Isn't that a scary thought?
